Thecompany was born in Milazzo in 1980, founded by Mr. Mariano Sciotto.
After years spent on scrupulous varietal and marketing research, today the management has been inherited by the sons Salvatore, Vincenzo and Simone, who, with love and passion for this activity, handed down by their father and, combined with the collaboration of a qualified team and cutting-edge equipment, have made Eredi Sciotto Mariano a reliable company, recognised in the European market.
The company has specialised in a vast range of measures and shapes like Callistemon, Cycas, Dipladenia, Eucalyptus, Euphorbia Pulcherrima, Gardenias Multiflora and Grandiflora, Mandevilles, Passionflower and Stephanotis.
Eredi Sciotto Mariano boasts an annual production of about 500.000 plants and today extends over on an area of 130.000 square metres, of which 60.000 are covered by greenhouses for protected crops and the remaining part as open field.
The greenhouses and the nurseries are located in the plain of Milazzo, in front of the enchanting archipelago of the Aeolian islands, where the micro-climate is particularly favourable for the production of ornamental and flowering Mediterranean plants.
Eredi Sciotto Mariano offers one of the largest assortments of plants, trees, garden specimens, terrace, indoor, balcony and succulent plants in the province of Messina.
